What is CranioSacral Therapy?
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch approach that can create dramatic improvements in your health and well-being. CST is a very gentle non invasive therapy working with the nervous system to help the body self-correct.
You remain fully clothed as you relax on a comfortable, padded table. It is recommended that you do not wear jeans for this session. Light weight sweat pants or yoga pants are best.
Using a gentle touch- starting with about the weight of a nickel- the practitioner will evaluate your internal environment. then use distinctive light-touch techniques to release any restrictions within the body.
By freeing the central nervous system to perform at its best, CST naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens your resistance to disease, and enhances your health and well-being.
I received CST once or twice a month during my chemotherapy treatments and I feel it helped greatly with handling the stress of my journey and detoxing faster from all of the chemicals. I continue to receive sessions once a month or every other month depending on how I feel.
