Nighttime Reflexology for Improved Sleep
Use these reflexology points to help you relax and improve your sleep.
With circular motions, self-massage the solar plexus reflex point in the hand.
Massage six times on each hand.
Now to settle down the body’s energy for the day and prepare for a night of sleep; on your foot start at the top of the spine reflex, sweep your middle three fingers down towards the coccyx. Repeat six times on each foot.
Do this reflexology self-help along with a cup of chamomile tea, every night before bed.
